Everything a welcome should be, from ticket sales, to helpful advice, to refreshments, and bathroom breaks. Purchase tickets, get help from Guest Services and browse local artisans' work in the Gift Shop. The interpretive breezeway immediately immerses you in the experience.

GATHERING PLACE

An outdoor space to sit and relax with friends and family. Close to the washrooms, and Gift Shop—everything you might need before the adventure begins.

 

Let the kids burn off excess energy in the play area while you wait for the rest of the members of your party lingering in the Gift Shop.

TOWER PLAZA

A place to rest your feet while you enjoy the stunning setting around you. Plus, we've even got a full playground sure to tire out your kids if scaling the Spiral Tower wasn't enough.

GIFT SHOP

Whether you're visiting Malahat SkyWalk or simply exploring the area, our Gift Shop is a must-see! Stop by to discover locally made treasures, cozy layers, and unique island-inspired gifts. It’s the perfect place to pick up something special, whether you're gearing up for your adventure or looking for a memorable keepsake.

The Gift Shop Opens at 9:00am and closes 1 hour after our last ticket is sold.
