A Malahat SkyWalk Guest Experience Agent / SkyWalk Attendant is responsible for engaging the guests in a professional, prompt, and friendly manner in accordance with the company policies under the supervision of the Guest Experience supervisor and shift leads.

The Guest Experience Agent / SkyWalk Attendant will be a great team player, ensuring professional engagement with guests by being the first face of their experience and will provide guest services by connecting and communicating with people effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operating the ticket Point of Sales system (POS), handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Providing guest services by mail, phone, email, and in person appropriately.
• Assisting the Guest Experience Lead with handling radio communication, report management and daily cash handling.
• Helping guests with both online and over-the-phone purchases including gift cards and online tickets.
• Offering an exceptional Malahat SkyWalk experience by engaging guests proactively, identifying enjoyment opportunities, and exceeding guest expectations.
• Answering questions and concerns about Malahat SkyWalk elements (activities) and Park experiences by providing guests with accurate information regarding park elements, products, pricing, and park facilities.
• Perform daily cash in and cash out procedures in collaboration with Shift lead or Supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean Guest Services environment for team members and guests.
• Ensure personal compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Providing assistance with the Retail and other Departments when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Please note: This position works a flexible schedule of full or part-time seasonal work, according to the needs of the business. This includes working evenings, weekends, holidays and being on-call. Participation in cross training in other departments will be required.

Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
