MALAHAT, BC (March 5, 2025) - With no schoolwork, early mornings or hectic schedules, spring break is the best time for children and their families to get outside, explore BC, and enjoy quality time together - right in their own backyard. Set amongst the west coast wilderness and offering an immersive experience from beginning to end, Malahat Skywalk is the ultimate spring break excursion to satisfy all the adventurers, thrill seekers, and nature lovers in the family. The star of the show is the 10-storey Spiral Tower with its stunning views, Adventure Net, and Spiral Slide. To top it off, Malahat SkyWalk has brought back its popular Kids Visit Free offer. From March 15 - 30, children/youth (17 and under), receive free admission when one adult ticket is purchased.

Three Times the Fun - Spiral Tower, Adventure Net + Spiral Slide

Standing 10-storeys high with endless views from every level, the Spiral Tower is the most unique way to experience Vancouver Island’s stunning scenery. Once at the top of the tower, the fun begins. Take a walk on the wild side along an 84-metre mesh Adventure Net (if you dare). The 20-metre Spiral Slide is a must-do and the most fun way to get down. Feel the speed and excitement with every twist and turn. It’s one of the top things kids and adults alike will be lining up to do over and over again.

Savour & Chill

The best smash burgers in town will be sizzling on repeat at the Tower Plaza throughout spring break. There will also be local brews, cool refreshments, and cozy drinks. Vancouver Island favourite, Softy’s will be on-site swirling up their famous dairy-free, soft-serve desserts.

Newly launched and already a big hit, the Happy Camper cart will offer the ultimate treat - fresh and warm churros, alongside specially brewed Drumroaster Coffee, a local Cobblehill favourite.

Live Performances at Malahat SkyWalk

Soak in the sounds of live music from local artists in the great outdoors. Available at the Tower Plaza every weekend during spring break.

A Campfire Like No Other

Cozy up fireside with family and friends at the Tower Plaza fire pit. Set amongst the forest, visitors can connect, share stories, and spend quality time together. It’s the perfect place to cap off the day.

Beware! Wildlife Sightings

From birds, frogs, and critters to maybe catching a glimpse of Luke, the resident sasquatch, there is always the chance of a wildlife sighting at Malahat SkyWalk. Adding to the experience are driftwood art installations of blue herons, owls, and cougars, which can be seen along the TreeWalk and throughout the attraction.
